Rob has been working in the children’s sector for over 30 years and specifically the fostering sector for 20 years. Having a background from residential care and inspection, Rob started his own agency in 2005. Having a history of ‘Outstanding’ and ‘Good’ and growing to over 250 carers across 4 registrations in England & Wales, the agency was sold and Rob started his own fostering consultancy.
Dean has been a successful entrepreneur in the software development and IT support industries since 2005. He boasts a portfolio of over 100 diverse business applications, developed for a multitude of sectors. With a focus on enhancing user experience and simplifying processes, Dean has effectively translated Robs deep understanding of fostering processes into a powerful yet intuitive system, demonstrating his passion for both functionality and ease of use.
Rob was frustrated with the subpar software options available in the fostering industry. He encountered clunky and limited software solutions, leaving him exposed to the risk of oversights and inefficiencies.
As a fostering consultant, Rob observed the same limitations and gaps in the industry software solutions. Determined to revolutionise the sector, he approached Dean with a bold vision to develop the ultimate fostering software.
