We began implementing IC in February 2024. The onboarding was both comprehensive and highly supportive.

We had a complex task of switching two agencies with different platforms to Intuitivecare. We decided to make the jump to Intuitivecare for two main factors. Firstly, the quality of the software, which has been born out as expected, including the effective oversight and usability of the system. Our foster carers really enjoy using Intuitivecare, and are very happy with the switch over.

The 2nd main reason was the person and service-centred approach that Rob and Dean, the founders, bring to the service. They have held our hands through the whole journey, consistently providing solutions and support, to both our teams and foster carers. We have been working with the IC team for the last 18 months. Being unhappy with our original case management system we were looking around for alternatives and, based on experience, we didn’t want any of the usual contenders. We wanted a system that did some of the legwork for us so that social workers could spend more time with children and families and less time on laborious admin and reporting tasks. Having set up a new registration in the north and come across Intuitivecare (great name – does what it says on the tin!) we decided to pilot it. Over the next 12 months the team and the system lived up to their promises. Knowing the founders are from fostering – from setting up a service to inspecting with Ofsted – we knew the system had been built with the users in mind. And that, along with the intuitive technology, has made all the difference to our staff and our families. The pilot was a success and we have recently rolled it our across all our services. The team have been faultless with their support throughout the migration and onboarding process and their ‘can do’ approach to adaptions or developments so it fully aligns with our therapeutic model has been fantastic.
