The app and associated data is hosted on Microsoft Azure hosting platform. From time to time, we may engage Microsoft to assist in maintaining our services.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration.

6. Face data

Our app utilises Apple and Googles Face ID technology, which captures facial features to create a mathematical representation known as a facial map. This facial map is encrypted and securely stored in the Secure Enclave on the user’s device. Our app does not access or store raw facial images, ensuring the highest level of privacy and security.

7. Children’s Privacy

a. Intuitivecare for Carers is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. 

b. In line with the agreement in place with your agency, we only store data about the children you care for.
